Our Story

Taste of Punjab, located in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, has been proudly serving guests since 2011. Known for its authentic Punjabi cuisine and exceptional hospitality, it has earned a reputation as one of Central Florida’s top Indian restaurants.

Recognized by leading review platforms, Tripadvisor awarded Taste of Punjab the Certificate of Excellence for three consecutive years (2011, 2012, and 2013). It has also received top rankings from Yelp and UrbanSpoon, further solidifying its place among the best restaurants in the region.

If you want typical home cooked Punjabi North Indian food, this is place to be. Don’t be confused by the interior of the restaurant. You are there for food, comfort and satisfying meal. We tried Yellow daal, rajma and Baigan (Eggplant) Bhartha. Masala Papad is awesome but Masala Kulcha with coke or chai (your choice) is not to miss.

The Best Indian food in the area. The Aloo Matar is amazing and the tandoori roti is out of this world.If you are looking for delicious food do yourself a favor and stop here.The food is Always Fresh and hot. Arjun was very attentive and friendly.

Kabir and his staff are amazing. We are staying a week in Kissimmee and have dined here twice all ready. The food is so fresh. The onion and mango chutney perfect. They have Puri bread! My absolute favorite and many Indian restaurants don’t serve it. So poofy and delicious!! I had chicken tiki marsala and chicken korma. My husband had 2 lamb dishes which were fresh and delicious. The service is top notch, quiet and calming, unlike the busyness and chaos of big restaurants . We highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.
